Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy is applicable to all tour bookings made with Motherland India Holidays Pvt Ltd. By booking a tour with the Company, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and transfers.
- Cancellation by the Customer
If the Customer needs to cancel their tour booking, the following refund structure will apply based on the date the cancellation is received by the Company:a. Cancellation 30 days or more before the departure date:
- The full amount paid by the Customer will be refunded after the deduction of applicable Taxes & Charges.
b. Cancellation between 30 to 15 days before the departure date:
- 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be forfeited by the Customer.
c. Cancellation between 15 to 7 days before the departure date:
- 25% of the total amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 75% will be forfeited by the Customer.
d. Cancellation within 7 days or 1 week of the departure date:
- No refund will be provided, and the full amount will be forfeited by the Customer.
e. No-show:
- In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
- Transfer to Another Tour
Any request by the Customer to transfer from one tour to another before the originally scheduled departure will be considered a cancellation of the original tour and will incur the cancellation fees as described above. A new booking will need to be made at the current rates of the new tour. - Special Note: Token Amount
- The token amount paid by the Customer at the time of booking is non-refundable, irrespective of the cancellation date.
- Cancellation by the Company
In the unlikely event that the Company must cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid to the Company for the tour, unless the cancellation is due to force majeure or events beyond the control of the Company, such as natural disasters, war, or political instability, in which case the Company will refund the Customer less any unrecoverable costs after the deduction of applicable Taxes & Charges. - Refund Process
All refund requests will be processed within 14-30 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be made via the same method used for payment, unless otherwise agreed. - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
How to get a refund after canceling your booking?
In order to cancel your reservation, you must send us a copy of the invoice to our email address at hello@gomihgo.com
The amount will be refunded within 30 days of the date mentioned in the receipt or the Invoice copy.
