Cancellation Policy

    • If the trip is canceled 30 days before the departure date, the Full Amount will be refunded, but after the deduction of Taxes & Charges.

    • If a trip is canceled between 30 – 15 days prior to the departure date, there will be 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

    • If a trip is canceled 15–7 days Prior to the departure date, there will be 25% of the total amount will be refunded.

    • If a trip is canceled within 7 days or 1 week of the departure date, there will be No Refund.

    • In case of a no show, there is No Refund.

    • A transfer from one tour to another before the departure of the originally scheduled tour will be considered a cancellation of the original tour and will incur the cancellation fees as described above. A new booking will need to be made at the current rates.

    Note: The token amount is non-refundable in any case.

How to get a refund after canceling your booking?

In order to cancel your reservation, you must send us a copy of the invoice to our email address at hello@gomihgo.com

The amount will be refunded within 30 days of the date mentioned in the receipt or the Invoice copy.
