Itinerary –

Day 01: Arrival Haridwar | Haridwar – Barkot by Surface | 175 Kms approx 7-8 hrs

 

When you arrive at the Dehradun or Haridwar airport or train station, our knowledgeable representative will meet you there and help you board your pre-arranged vehicle for the short drive to Barkot. If time allows, you can stop at the “Kempty Falls” on the way to Chardham Yatra.

After reaching Barkot, check into the hotel. The hotel has arranged for dinner. Stay the night at the hotel and have breakfast.

Day 02: Barkot -Jankichatti- Yamunotri (45 km approx 3-4 hrs drive)

 

After breakfast, head to Yamunotri for some sightseeing before starting the 6 km hike from Jankichatti to your first Chardham yatra pilgrimage destination. Return to your hotel for dinner after your tour. In-room breakfast and overnight stay.
For those who prefer not to walk, there are options to rent ponies, palkis, and kandis. The approximate cost is Rs. 1000 for a pony, Rs. 2500 for a palki, and Rs. 1000 for a Kandi. You can pay for the rental with your own money.

We will need to return to Barkot using the same path. Once you arrive at Barkot, you will stay there for the night and enjoy a delicious dinner.

Day 03: Barkot to Uttarkashi ( 83 km approx 3-4hrs drive)

Policies

Payment Policy

Complete payment must be received before the departure date in order to conclude the trip. The following laws stipulate that the first booking fee be paid in advance. Chardham Yatra Package 2023 The booking fee is non-refundable; the remaining payment is refundable in accordance with the cancellation conditions. at the time of booking, 50% in advance.
25% before ten to seven days of travel 25% when the flight takes off. Note: If you plan to fly to or from Kedarnath, you must pay 100% in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled prior to 10 full days before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 40% of the package price will be assessed. If you cancel your reservation seven days before your scheduled departure, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the package. If cancelled within seven days before the departure date, there will be no refund for Chardham Yatra Package 2023.

Terms & Conditions

Before the trip starts, the total trip cost must be paid in full. Pending Payments could ultimately result in the trip being cancelled.
All of the IDs will be checked before boarding. Without a legitimate government ID, there will be no boarding allowed.
The transfer of reservations is not allowed. Only the people whose names were on the confirmation must travel.
There will be no reimbursements for any inclusions that the client chose not to use.
Travellers must take good care of their goods and bags. Items that go missing while on the tour are not the management’s responsibility.
The departure time has been specified and fixed. All participants must update their status with the trip coordinator(s) and arrive at the pickup location 30 minutes before the departure time.
In the hills, the air conditioning will be turned off. Additionally, the Driver should have the option to cut off the air conditioning as & when necessary during the trip, taking into account the passengers’ safety & convenience of travel along uneven & hazardous routes.
Our departure time is set, therefore we must leave on schedule and inform the tour coordinator of their whereabouts. Any missed bus passengers will not be eligible for reimbursement. Two days before the departure time, we will phone you twice.
Due to health and safety considerations, drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited throughout the trip. For you to get the most out of our programmes, which include physically taxing activities like trekking and high-altitude camping, we advise that you be in good physical condition at Chardham Yatra Package 2023.

We don’t offer any insurance coverage to pay for medical expenses, accidents, or losses resulting from theft or other causes. The itinerary may change due to a number of variables, including the weather, the state of the roads, the physical condition of the participants, etc.

After 8 o’clock, the government forbids the use of any automobiles, hence Motherland India Holidays Pvt Limited will not be held responsible for any traffic or mechanical issues that may arise.
Please be patient as the RTO-recommended legal papers for automobiles may take some time at the checkpoint.
Chardham is a particularly popular attraction, therefore lines at any roadblock can extend for up to 3–4 hours.

Liability and Responsibility of the Company

The company’s liability is limited to making a reservation in accordance with the needs of tourists and nothing more. The business is not responsible for any damage or loss to the tourist’s person or property that results from the failure of any independent contractor to provide adequate services.

Any courtesy shown by the business to the visitor to lessen such loss or damage will not be construed as an admission of liability or a waiver of that liability. Any loss or expenditures incurred by the visitor or anyone else as a result of:
Train or flight delays due to any reason whatsoever, including rescheduling or cancelling of trains, flights, interconnection meals not being served, etc.
Theft or any other reason whatsoever during the tour, and the entire responsibility of taking care of their valuables shall be that of the tourist.
Any additional costs resulting from delays, revisions, or cancellations of special arrangements due to unavoidable circumstances, such as weather, strikes, war, government schedules, quarantines, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any personal injury, illness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, consequential loss and/or damage, or any damage to baggage or personal effects, regardless of how it occurred.
Death of the tourist while on tour and all applicable rules and legal procedures are to be strictly followed; all procedures pertaining to the death will have to be addressed and handled by the tourist or their relatives themselves, at their own cost and risk.
Any harm, loss, death, or destruction to people or property brought on by the negligence of an independent contractor’s management, staff, or agents.

Any losses incurred by the tourist as a result of the company’s cancellation, modification, or variation of any of the tour services specified in the itinerary or brochure following the tourist’s registration or booking.
Any missed sightseeing and/or the programme being cut short after the tour’s start and/or before the due date due to force majeure, which includes any unforeseen circumstances and any reason outside of the company’s control such as political riots, natural disasters, floods, landslides, monuments being closed for any reason, monuments being renovated, VIP movement and security, heavy crowding at sightseeing locations, traffic congestion, etc., all the loss or expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
